VNA Hospice of NWI’s Stroll for Hospice celebrates and supports the VNA Hospice program that has provided compassionate end of life care to over 15,000 patients and their families in our community. Every year hundreds of individuals participate in this memorial stroll through downtown Valparaiso to help ensure that the compassion and support of VNA Hospice is there for our families, friends and neighbors when they most need it, regardless of their financial situation.

Registration is open! Register today for our ice skating lessons at Central Park Plaza Ice Rink. We offer Tots classes for ages 3 to 5 and Beginners classes for ages 6 to 17 to help young skaters feel comfortable on the ice.

Interested in working on your audition skill set? Ready to take your skills to the next level? Come join us for Audition Bootcamp! Theatre professionals with a history of casting productions will work with you on singing audition prep, perfecting monologues, and learning dance calls with grace and attention to detail.

First Skate Fundraiser is an extraordinary way to experience the ice rink at Central Park Plaza - no long lines or crowded ice rink. NEW FOR 2024 we'll offer 2 sessions of skating!  Be first on the ice for the season!

Block Party in the Park has something for everyone.  Whether you're the life of the party or a wallflower, you won't want to miss this new variation of your favorite Valpo Parks Foundation fundraiser.  Kick back and relax with a cold beverage, chat with your friends and neighbors, play yard games, dance to the music, or keep to yourself and just take it all in!  

Across the nation, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is full of flowers, each carried by someone committed to ending this disease. Because like flowers, our participants don't stop when something's in their way. They keep raising funds and awareness for a breakthrough in the fight against Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

We would like to invite those affected by Autism or developmental disabilities (young adults & older) to join is for an enjoyable time on Tuesday evenings in June. Our intention is to foster a sense of community and fun-filled experiences.

This FREE interactive vendor fair encourages kids to 'get involved and be active.' Local businesses and organizations will showcase the amazing opportunities they have available for kids of all ages. See demonstrations of kid-centric activities and even register on-site for youth sports, lessons, camps, clinics and more.
