Our annual fundraiser where supporters come together to test their knowledge and raise funds for affordable housing solutions in Northwest Indiana. All funds raised go towards NWICA's housing division. It is used to help with building efforts, placement and ensuring those who may be struggling have a safe place to seek shelter, food or supplies. Join us for a fun, family friendly event that will help us raise support for Home Team Valpo’s critical mission - to improve the quality of life in Valparaiso, one home at a time. The gnome hunt is open to both children and adults. You’ll search for gnomes along a small trail loop (about 1/2 mile) and receive a prize for the number of gnomes you’re able to find.

NCOD is an annual LGBTQ+ awareness day observed on October 11, to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (or sometimes questioning), and others., along with the "plus" representing other sexual identities including pansexual and Two-Spirit, in their "coming out” process. First celebrated in the United States in 1988, the foundational belief is that homophobia thrives in an atmosphere of silence and ignorance, and that once people know that they have loved ones who are LGBTQ+, they are far less likely to maintain homophobic or oppressive views

The concert will feature the renowned choral ensemble Cappella Romana, and audience donations will be accepted to benefit the nonprofit humanitarian organization, Rebuild Ukraine.
