Join us for an unforgettable evening at the American Factory where literature meets cuisine. Executive Chef Amanda Salas, a recipient of multiple culinary awards, has created a special four-course dinner inspired by American literature. Each course will be paired with a literature-inspired hand-crafted cocktail. During the dinner, you can also share a reading from our selection, and you will receive a 50ml bottle of Last Feather Rye to take home and enjoy.
