For generations, Thanksgiving at Strongbow Inn was a cherished Valparaiso tradition. Russ and Nancy created a place where families and friends could gather around the table, share a meal, and make memories together. This Thanksgiving, that legacy takes a meaningful next step with a passing of the torch to Journeyman. With deep respect for the tradition Russ and Nancy built and the memories generations of families carry with them, Journeyman Valparaiso is honored to welcome guests for our first-ever Thanksgiving Supper.
Rooted in the same spirit of hospitality, we hope to continue what made this tradition so special: bringing people together over a meal and making room for what matters most. Let us take care of the cooking while you focus on gathering with the people who make Thanksgiving meaningful. We look forward to welcoming you to the table and beginning a new chapter in a beloved Valparaiso tradition.
