History

In 1999, The Valparaiso Popcorn Festival and the Valparaiso Downtown Business Association merged to form Valparaiso Community Festival and Events, Inc. (VCFE). Since then, VCFE has been dedicated to:

• Promoting Valparaiso, its businesses and retail environment
• Improving community-wide attractiveness
• Initiating cooperative efforts
• Providing fun-filled, family-oriented recreational activities
• Enhancing the friendly atmosphere of Valparaiso
